Police say a man arrived home in the 3100 block of West Brower Street on Wednesday to find his son, Justin Bauer — whom he has an active order of protection against — sitting in his living room, drinking alcohol.
Court documents say when officers arrived and told Bauer not to return to the house, he told them “I’m going to shoot you in the head when I am released,” and “cops and judges have no authority over me.”
Bauer was then arrested for violating an order of protection.

Wasmundt has previous felony convictions for receiving stolen property, tampering, sexual misconduct, burglary and driving while intoxicated.
Police say Hanna Elliott was intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.347 when she struck a Missouri Department of Transportation vehicle while it was stopped on the shoulder of Kansas Expressway in November 2014.

A 10-year-old child was injured in the crash by the seat belt she was wearing.
